The Church & Early Life
This two-hour online event explores the opportunity your church has to play a significant role in supporting the First Thousand Days of a child’s life. We will be sharing what science tells us about the importance of this phase of life, how the Bible tells us of God’s love for little children and the ways in which every church can be part of seeing all children get a strong start to life.
This free workshop is aimed at pastors, church leaders and anyone who wants to explore how they can support and care for young families. This interactive event is hosted on Zoom, and we will provide support to set it up on your device if you are not familiar with the application.

The brain develops much faster than we thought during the first 1000 days. Also we as a church have a big role to play in helping families with children in the first 1000 days.
We are not alone, We need to take hands with other organizations. We are just a small part in the body of Christ, even in the little things.
Local churches are equipped and uniquely positioned to change the course of young children’s lives in
South Africa.
