Spending time playing and reading together is what your 1 year old needs from you. Playing is fun and builds your relationship with your baby. You are a brain builder.

Mom and dad, continue to seek out support as you do the hardest job of parenting. Your community of friends and family are there to show you care and love. Add some joy to your day to day activities.
